We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outskirtts. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise.
Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging (where applicable).
Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
We reserve the right to correct, update, or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
But you're not going to need to return anything right :)
Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 7-10 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise, or delayed delivery once shipping your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed, and submitted to USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
